From my first visit to Edward F. Whipps & Associates, I was made to feel that my case was of top priority.

Most important was Mr. Whipps’ ability to persuade the court that the child and the child’s counselor should determine when, if ever, the child should be subjected to visitation with the defendant. Because of Mr. Whipps, the case was dismissed and we were once again able to return to a normal life without a constant worry and fear of what could happen. Without Edward F.
